Cool Tool | Library for All

Library for All image of boyLibrary For All is an edtech nonprofit startup that builds a digital library platform full of inspirational and education content available to those living under $2 a day in the developing world. This unique tech solution is accessible on any device – from feature phones to tablets – and built in mind for the local regions with low bandwidth. With the support of the top six publishers in the United States, the Stern School of NYU as a research partner and ThoughtWorks as app development partner, Library For All is launching in Haiti this fall. To raise $100k for the making of the app, they’ve been running a Kickstarter campaign – http://kck.st/Ze2ACU – and have surpassed that goal in a little over a month! Now they are trying to stretch their goal to $120k by July 13th. They’ve also started getting some press – see this Huffington Post article http://huff.to/11IxXIo; great timing to consider becoming a part of founding this library. Back their project at http://kck.st/Ze2ACU and promote them on your social media outlets via their Facebook – www.facebook.com/libraryforall.org and Twitter –  www.twitter.com/libraryforall. George Washington said, “Education is the key to unlock the golden door of freedom” — here’s your chance through your support of Library For All.
